Further to a variety of roles at well-known organisations such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers, J.P.Morgan and Fujitsu, Deborah acquired 18 years experience starting and running her own business ventures, as well as delivering advice to well-known brands, and smaller organisations. During her 7-years leading Echo E-Business Global Group, she became reknowned as a leading expert on e-business. A published author, she also produced the E-Business Evolution White Paper alongside leaders at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, John Lewis, J.P.Morgan, Linden Labs and Cancer Research UK. She writes regular articles, some of which have been published in the press, and she is listed 82 in Richtopias 'Top 100 Most Influential Chief Marketing Officers in the World'

Deborah also leads strategy and innovation projects for The Institute for Business Advancement. Outside of Doyen Britain she is Chair of Future Knowledge Group and the creator of the Certificate in Online Business™ series of management qualifications in e-business, e-commerce and digital marketing provided by The Certificate in Online Business Ltd, where she is President and Chief Marketing / Information Officer. Both her COB Certified programs and strategy methodologies are utilised by leaders at blue-chip companies and governments around the globe.

Deborah is also Non-Executive Director at London Learning Consortium (A Community Interest Company), a £5-million UK government backed organisation offering sponsored training for the unemployed and apprenticeships for all ages. It also works closely with organisations encouraging them to offer apprenticeships). Deborah is passionate about economic empowerment, jobs creation and opportunities for all and Deborah has been brought on-board to help with strategic ideas to generate funding, as well as other NED activities.

She also occasionally supports selected consultancy projects for Doyen Britain when required (In particular Brexit E-Commerce Strategy and Marketing Strategy).

Michel is the ex. Chief Marketing Officer and E-Commerce Director at Time Inc. where he continued until recently as mergers and aquisitions consultant. A digital and e-commerce pioneer (1999), he started as head of new media at Sony Music in the early 90’s, and has since filled several senior executive positions with international B2C and B2B multichannel companies (including Bertelsmann, Manutan, Quelle, Conrad, Camaïeu). Michel relocated to the UK to join Marks & Spencer where he grew their international online sales, and more recently supported the omni-channel strategy of electronics retailer Maplin as eCommerce Director. In 2015, he joined TIME inc. UK to drive new business growth and e-commerce initiatives, and as a CMO led a company wide customer marketing transformation program.

Michel joined The Certificate in Online Business, as VP Europe and Latin America at The Certificate in Online Business in 2017, where he has contributed to supporting developing commercial propositions for prospective partners.
